Nottingham Squash Club has been part of The Park Estate Community since 1909 and we already include many, many Park residents amongst our thriving membership. We are always looking for ways to give our neighbours and local friends a way to make use of our facilities even if you aren't (yet!) a Squash or Racketball player!
As well as 8 Squash and Racketball courts we also have a fully equipped Cardio gym alongside our brand new Strength and Conditioning studio. Coming soon we will have a new group exercise studio to help grow the classes we already run at the club as well as bring in new classes. If that all sounds bit strenuous then you can relax in our Sauna and Steam rooms or just enjoy a coffee or cold drink in our comfortable lounge bar. We're the only licensed premises in the Park Estate and run our regular Friday Pub in the Park encouraging all of our local members to join us for a chat and a drink while overlooking the beautiful Park Bowl.

We are now fortunate to have a full Cardio gym alongside our brand new Strength & conditioning suite. Whether you're a seasoned gym goer or just starting out, support from Dan Whittaker our personal trainer will have you getting fitter and stronger in no time

Racketball is a great way to step on court for the first time, meet new friends and enjoy a workout. For the serious adrenalin junkies the original HIIT workout Squash might be up your street. Either way we have social club nights and beginners coaching sessions to help you get started.

Simply select the membership plan that works for you and click the sign up button to complete the secure, online Direct Debit form. We'll take a pro-rata amount for this month so you can start enjoying the club immediately. Your Direct Debit will then come out on the 1st of each month after that.
When you join us you're also agreeing to abide by our Members Code of Conduct. These are common sense rules and behaviours we expect of our members so that everyone, particularly our junior members, have a pleasant and enjoyable time when they are using the club.

* Off peak Squash and Racketball courts are between 6am - 5pm Monday to Friday and 6am - 11pm at weekends.
** Bronze members can book off peak Squash and Racketball courts by paying a £4 court fee. Silver and Bronze members can book a peak time Squash and Racketball court by paying a £6 court fee.
Low or moderate income members and potential members: Those who are on low or moderate incomes and can show they cannot afford the membership fees can make an application to the committee by emailing chair@nsrc.co.uk for the Intermediate Bronze membership category £23 per month.
