Our downstairs gym has been kitted out and now has a fullly equipped cardio, functional strength and strength & conditioning area, to support all of our members to keep fit and help improve your game. We've built a dedicated warm up stretching and cool down area to help you get game ready.
We have a digital induction available or you can have a 121 session with our resident in-house Personal Trainer - Dan Whittaker. Dan is on hand during the day to help with any questions you may have in the gym. Please take a look at the signage around the gym area, to keep yourself and everyone else safe.
