CLASSES

We're currently in the process of creating a dedicated group exercise studio so we can expand the number and type of classes we offer at the club. We hope to have completed this work and be able to open our group exercise classes in early 2025. 

Below you'll find details of the classes we currently run plus you can pre-register your interest in our future classes by completing the form so you're the first to know what we're running and when they start.

Build whole body strength and improve core stability with the unique HIIT 3C programme which is run exclusively at our club. It's perfect if you want a short sharp guided fitness and exercise session that you can slot into yoru busy day.

Improve your flexibility, balance and muscle endurance with our Pilates class. Our experienced instructor, Mel will guide you through each session, providing personalized attention and support so you get the maximum benefit.
