Squash

 Facilities
Here at NSRC we have 10 world class quality Squash and Racketball courts including 4 Hard back courts and 6 Championship glass back courts including 1 show court with seating for over 100 spectators!
We also have a pro shop that sells anything a player could need including balls, grips; rackets, clothing and a 24 hour re-string service.
And to keep your cardio up we have a fully equipped Life Fitness Gym with personal trainer and his and hers sauna and steam room’s located in the changing rooms
Club Night
Every Saturday NSRC holds its club night between 5pm & 7pm. This is open to every playing member of NSRC is absolutely free and is a great way to meet new people and have some great games of squash.
Normally held on courts 7, 8 & 9 this is the easiest way to integrate with the club and build up your network of opponents and friends.
Internal Leagues
We have an internal club league running usually with a 6 week intermission that cater for any age or ability so don’t be afraid to join up if you have never played leagues before
2009 / 2010 Nottinghamshire County Leagues
The 09/10 Squash season will be kicking off as normal late September early October and as always we have a huge number of teams in the County leagues.
With many victorious teams last season many of you will be moving up the leagues so a tough and competitive season awaits.

Premier League
We here at NSRC are affiliated with Premier League Squash that have the worlds best players in association with England Squash we host games featuring the worlds squash elite!
Pros
We currently have 5 professional squash players that are members and frequently play including our resident club pro Richard O’Connor who also coaches
Dunlop Academy
Dunlop Senior Academy is ran by Richard O’Connor every Monday, Wednesday and Friday
Dunlop Junior Academy is ran by Richard O’Connor every Thursday and Saturday
Beginners Squash Coaching
Every Wednesday we hold Beginners coaching for anybody looking to pick up a racket for the first time or even brush up on their basic knowledge.
Open to non-members as well as members this is a great way to try out the sport and see exactly just how much fun it is.
All lessons are informal group sessions taken by England Squash Level Two coach Nick Hargreaves lasting 1 hour. Wednesday 7:00pm – 8:00pm
