Nottingham Squash Club is committed to the development of Squash. To help meet our objectives we have a comprehensive coaching programme to suit all ages, abilities and budgets. Our head coach is Richard O'Connor who is a highly qualified, popular coach with an excellent reputation both locally and nationally.

The  table below outlines individual and group coaching opportunities available at the club, which are available to members and non-members.

In addition to individually arranged coaching sessions, the Club also runs a Club Night on Saturdays between 5pm and 7pm. Regular squash courses are held for Adults at beginner or improver level, which are held on Saturdays, 12.30 to 2.30, and run by Gordon Hill. Look out for sign-up sheets on the notice board in the reception area. There are also various Junior Coaching sessions throughout the week.
